In 2003, Carmon Blacklock, founded CL Blacklock Investments & Co. In 2006, the Company became a federally incorporated investment holdings company under the Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA).
Primarily focused on tradable public companies, CL Blacklock & Co. is however, open to opportunities in a variety of asset classes. This may include taking an equity and/or debt positions in target assets.
When considering a potential investment, we view ourselves as a long-term prospective owners. As such, investment decisions are based on a thorough assessment of the company/asset and it’s underlying fundamentals.
The Company’s investment philosophy and disciplined investment process has generated extraordinary returns for its investors. Since its founding in 2003, the Company has provided its shareholders with a 60% average annual return.
